The 4th Bus & Special Vehicle Show, beginning tomorrow, will be showcasing major achievements of the commercial vehicle industry on its inaugural day. Organised by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers,the show is being held at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi from 15 to 17 January 2015 will have wide-ranging product portfolio on display.
Ashok Leyland would be launching Versa EV, its first-ever electric bus, and would display its 12 mtr CNG andMiTR as well; Force Motors would display a Fire brigade, an ambulance, a Gurkha and a Tempo Traveller; General Motors would display 2 of itsTaverasand a Enjoy, Isuzu Motors would be showcasing a mobile service vehicle; Mahindra & Mahindra would be showcasing a 40 Seater school bus (Touristercosmo BS4), a 40 Seater Staff bus (Touristercosmo BS3) Long wheel base and aMaxximo Mini School Van; Renault is showcasing Duster and Scala; SML Isuzu is showcasing 3 buses; Tata Motors is showcasing a range of their commercial vehicle products, including ULTRA MIDI 900 mm AC, ULTRA BS4 – 3 L Engine AC vehicle, ULTRA BS3 – Safe School Bus,1512 LUXURY Vehicle Jupiter Face from ACGL, BUS MUSUEM, Articulated Bus – LONG City Bus, Winger DICOR BS4 and 3L BS4 engine display; Toyota Kirloskar Motors is displaying HiAce and Mitshubishi is showcasing a Pajero Sports.
Mr Sugato Sen, Deputy Director General, SIAM said “We are expecting good footfall as the range of products on display from the exhibitors showcase path-breaking technologies in the industry.”
