Italian motorcycle maker, Ducati launched the Scrambler Café Racer in the Indian market.
The bike which combines the best of the two worlds – the design language of the Scrambler brand and a sporty riding position is priced at Rs. 9,32,000 (Ex-showroom, India).
The motorcycle is powered by the air and oil-cooled EURO 4-compliant 803 cc twin-cylinder Desmodue engine which delivers 73 hp at 8,250 rpm* and a torque of 67 Nm at 5,750 rpm* and comes with black-trimmed covers and machined cooling fins.
The Scrambler Café Racer features rear-view mirror mounted aluminium clip-on handlebars, Termignoni exhaust with dual tailpipes, black anodized aluminium cover and a dedicated seat featuring a cover for the passenger section.
The motorcycle comes with cast aluminium 17” wheels with Pirelli DIABLO™ ROSSO II tyres (120/70 ZR 17 at the front and 180/55 ZR17 at the rear).
The motorcycle is equipped with Brembo braking system featuring Bosch 9.1 MP ABS with a pressure sensor and a radial-type front brake pump ensuring true sport bike braking performance.
Standard equipment includes Steel tank with interchangeable aluminum side panels, headlight with glass lens, LED light-guide and painted fairing, LED rear light with diffusion-light, LCD instruments with interchangeable aluminum cover, machine- finished aluminum belt covers, clip on handlebars, sports style front mudguard, dedicated side number plate, “café racer” seat with passenger seat cover, under-seat storage compartment with USB socket.
The Ducati Scrambler Café Racer is available in a Black Coffee colour with black frame and gold wheels.
