Tata Motors team at the Sanand facility celebrated the roll-out of the 100,000th Tata TIAGO, the most popular hatchback from Tata Motors.
The Tiago has been a very successful product from Tata Motors and averages about 5000 units per month since its launch in April 2016.
In July 2017 the company announced the car has crossed the one lakh bookings milestone in the domestic market. The top-end variant is the most popular among first-time car buyers and the recently introduced AMT variant has seen an overwhelming response.
Tata Motors Tiago was the first product with IMPACT design philosophy and has been very well accepted. The car has been instrumental in the growth of Tata Motors’ brand across the PV market.
In March 2017, Tata Motors launches TIAGO AMT in the top XZA variant followed by the XTA variant in August 2017.
