Czech auto maker ŠKODA Auto have announced to organise Monsoon checkup camp for its customers. The monsoon camp will be held across all the ŠKODA service centres between 1st July 2014 and 31st July 2014.
As a part of this unique initiative all ŠKODA customers will get a 30 point complimentary check across their cars. Through this monsoon check-up camp customers will benefit from a thorough examination of the AC, engine, steering, battery, electrical system, tire breaks, wiper and headlight check, and other exterior and interior inspections. The check-up will ensure that car owners have safe and hassle free long haul journeys during the monsoons.
The initiative comes at a time with ŠKODA India has defined Customer Satisfaction has its top priority. The complimentary campaign will also educate the customers on basic guidelines to be considered while driving in the rains.
ŠKODA currently sells the Rapid, Octavia, Superb sedans and the facelifted Yeti will make its way in India in August. The Czech automaker has been working hard to improve their image of after sales service from a series of initiatives like monsoon camp, free PUC check-up and summer camp.
ŠKODA has exited the volumes market and will concentrate on models which cater to premium cars.
