Ford Brazil has showcased three new customized concepts of the popular EcoSport compact SUV at the Sao Paulo Motor Show. The concepts show the customization capability of the EcoSport and are unlikely to go into production. The three concepts are – EcoSport Storm, EcoSport Beauty and EcoSport Beast.
The EcoSport Storm concept draws design cues from the Ford F150 Raptor pickup truck which features Blue Strom exterior paint job with rugged looks, a new grille with FORD name similar to the F150 in grey plastic, cladding on the sides & bonnet, dark grey finish roof rails & ORVMs and large 15 inch Mud Terrain 215/75 offroad tyres.
The EcoSport Beauty concept looks very similar to the standard model and features 18” alloy wheels with low profile tyres, black roof, LED DRLs, Copper Stardust matte colour option and a guard at the lower end of the bumper. The grille gets black matte treatment which gives the SUV a classy look. On the inside the EcoSport Beauty concept comes with 4 individual leather seats with screens for rear passengers which are compatible for internet, movies, music. The dashboard gets a touchscreen multimedia and navigation controls.
The EcoSport Beat Concept with pearlescent Speed White looks very sporty. The Beast edition comes with Blue, Red and Black embellishments adds to the sporty character. The Beast edition features a bonnet scoop, special 18-inch alloy wheels, LED foglamp clusters and a three-slat airdam.
These concepts will certainly inspire many to modify the EcoSport.
