Bajaj has introduced Demon Black edition of the Pulsar RS 200 in the Indian market. The Pulsar RS 200, since its launch in March 2015 has claimed leadership in the super-sports motorcycle segment. The company has sold approx. 15000 bikes from 1st April-31st August which commands a market share of 43%.
Riding on the success of the Pulsar RS 200, the company has introduced the Demon Black Edition with sports red graphics on a newly developed premium black color.
The bike will be available at an ex-showroom price starting from Rs.1,20,000/- (non ABS) & Rs 1,32,001/- (ABS) ex showroom Delhi and Rs. 1,20,485/- (non ABS) & Rs 1,32,261/- (ABS) ex showroom Maharashtra (without LBT).
The Pulsar RS 200 is powered by 199.5 Single cylinder, 4 stroke, SOHC 4valve, Liquid cooled, triple spark ,FI engine which develops a Max power of 24.5 PS @ 9750 rpm and Max torque 18.6 Nm @ 8000 rpm. The motorcycle does a Max speed 140.8 kmph.
The Pulsar RS 200 features twin projector headlamps and Crystal LED tail lamps. ABS is optional and sports disc brakes at both front and rear.
