Bharat Benz opens new dealership in Ghaziabad
Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) inaugurated a new state-of-the-art BharatBenz dealership in National Capital Region (NCR), Ghaziabad.
The latest DICV domestic sales and service network is set up in partnership with Espirit Trucking and will cater to Bharat Benz trucks and buses along with Mercedes-Benz luxury buses.
The Bharat Benz Ghaziabad is a 3S facility (sales, service, spares) has seven mechanical bays and three accidental bays with a washing facility. The new 67,000 sq ft Ghaziabad dealership is located on NH58, Morta village.
Today’s commercial vehicle dealerships are moving in-line with car dealerships where sales, service, spares are found under one roof.
The dealership encompasses a unique driver lounge and restroom which customers/drivers can use while their vehicles are being serviced.
The facility has a 24×7 workshop
It has well trained manpower operating a 24×7 workshop and equipped with high productivity tools, advanced guided diagnostics and mobile service vans. This will help to reduce down time and also improve the productivity of the vehicles.
The dealership will provide value-added services such as cashless zero-depreciation insurance, full maintenance contracts, extended warranty, 24×7 roadside assistance, vehicle tracking systems, driver training, and on-site service.
