Looking at the disastrous flood situation in Kerala, BMW has announced special support for flood-affected BMW customers in the region. A special team of technicians have been deployed at various service points to check the vehicles and bring them back on the roads.
Additionally, BMW has also arranged complimentary Road Side Assistance to tow vehicles to the service centres. The company will also ensure quick delivery of spare parts to Kerala and will keep the customers informed on the repair status. To smoothen the insurance formalities, daily visits of surveyors of both BMW partnered and non-BMW collaborated insurance companies has been ensured.

BMW India urges its customers to be cautious while driving during heavy rains and around waterlogged areas. Customers are advised not to attempt to re-start the engine of a stalled vehicle to avoid damages to engine.
