Eicher Polaris Pvt Ltd has commenced Multix 24×7 Support, a Road Assistance Program for Multix consumers which is termed as India’s first Personal Utility Vehicle. A dedicated team of experienced service technicians will offer speedy and hassle free services in the event of a vehicle breakdown at any time and at any place.
Under the ‘24X7 Support’ program, customers will be covered for free under the warranty timeline of one Year.
The road assistance service will be be available in 3500 locations across the country and will be accessible 24 hours a day through toll-free number 1800-208-3775.
The authorized service team is well equipped in terms of tools, trained manpower, spare parts and recovery vehicles to attend to repairs on site or by towing it to the nearest workshop. The ’Multix 24X7 Support’ program also covers services such as wheel change through spare wheel, arrangement of fuel, opening the vehicle in the event of a key lock-out, rectifying electrical problems related to the battery and fuse, etc.
The ’Multix 24×7 Support’ program will be automatically available to all new Multix owners, including existing Multix customers.
Roadside Assistance services have been made popular by premium auto makers in the country and Multix is the latest to join the brigade.
