Located at ‘No. 37, PM Towers, Greams Road, Chennai, Eureka Ford Parts will reach out to all auto part retailers and independent repair shops, enhancing access to competitively-priced, high-quality Ford parts for customers in Tamil Nadu.
Eureka Ford Parts is the second exclusive distributor for Ford Genuine Parts in India. The company had in November appointed its first distributor for Delhi.

Retail distribution of spare parts will empower Ford customers to get their Ford cars repaired at a preferred workshop. Enhancing the ownership experience with the move, Ford plans to expand the retail distribution network to Karnataka, Maharashtra, Kerala and East of India.
Customers visiting Ford’s dealers and workshops, on the other hand, will continue to reap benefits of service innovations like Happy Pockets. This important initiative ensures low cost of ownership by allowing Ford car owners to avail and experience service offerings starting at just Rs. 2,199.
Performed by Ford-trained technicians, using genuine Ford parts and high-grade semi-synthetic engine oil plus special Ford tools and equipment, Happy Pocket Service is among the price leader offering for scheduled service.
Over-the-counter availability of Ford Genuine Parts also add to the existing customer focused initiatives by Ford, such as parts at sub assembly levels for repairs, pan-India Roadside Assistance, 90 minute-Quick Service Bays, Mobile Service Vans, Vehicle report card and Quick Lane centre in addition to the Happy Pocket Service.
