Ford India introduced Signature Edition Range of Accessories on compact SUV EcoSport.
The Ford EcoSport Black Signature Edition is basically the Black Edition variant with additional Signature Edition Range of Accessories.
The Ford EcoSport Blac Signature Edition features a series of additional accessories which increases the sporty appeal. The SUV comes with new LED daytime running lamps, featuring a string of five LED lights placed on the lower end of the bumper, just below the fog lamp bezel.
nOther features include New front & rear bumper appliques and body graphics with EcoSport on doors.
The Signature Edition features bright, illuminated scuff plates and Black Vinyl Seat Covers with red stitching give the interiors a plush, premium and modern look.
The new Signature Edition accessories will be dealer fitted on the existing EcoSport Black that offers all-black exteriors including a black grille; black-out moulded headlamps, 16-inch black alloy wheels, black mirror covers, black fog lamp bezel, black roof rails & Roof cross bars.
Ford EcoSport Signature Edition with range of accessories will be available starting INR 926,194 (Ex-Showroom, Delhi) including 37,894 worth of accessories inclusive of fitment and painting.
The EcoSport is available in a choice of 3 engines – 1.5L TDCi diesel engine with peak power of 100 PS (73.8 kW) & fuel economy of 22.27 km/l, 1.5l TiVCT petrol engine that delivers 112 PS of power and fuel efficiency of 15.85 km/l and the most awarded engine 1.0 Ecoboost.
Six-speed dual clutch PowerShift automatic transmission is available on 1.5 TiVCT petrol engine only.
The EcoSport has been selling below 5000 units while its closest rival Vitara Brezza has managed to sell 10,000 units per month. The Compact SUV segment has seen many entrants off late and will be joined with the Hyundai Compact SUV in 2018 and Tata Motors Nexon in 2017.
