Maruti Suzuki has revealed the variant wise feature list of the newly launched Vitara Brezza. The Vitara Brezza is a aggressive looking compact SUV which has a floating roof design and is loaded with features. It comes in four variants LDI, VDI and ZDI, and ZDI+ while optional variants add a safety pack on the LDI and VDI trims.
The base LDI trim receives features such as Multi-information display, driver airbag, 2-DIN music system with CD Player, Bluetooth telephony, Front power windows with auto down (driver window only), power-adjustable ORVMs, steering tilt adjustment, roof spoiler. The LDI optional variant gets ABS + EBD and passenger airbag to the feature list of the LDI grade.
The VDI variant receives Body coloured door handles and ORVMs, Roof rails, Full wheel caps, Floating roof design, 7 step interior illumination control, Anti theft security, Reverse parking sensors, keyless entry, rear power windows, door armrest, driver’s airbag only. While the VDI optional variant Adds ABS + EBD and passenger airbag to the feature list of the VDI grade.
The top end ZDI variants receive Silver skid plate, chrome garnish for grille, 16 inch alloy wheels, piano black interior trim, chrome exit door handles, projector headlamps with “Bullhorn” DRLs, fog lamps, rear wiper with washer and demister, steering mounted audio and calling controls, mood lights for speedometer, automatic climate control, height adjustable driver seat, ABS+EBD, dual airbags, 60:40 split rear seat, while the ZDi+ adds Dual tone exterior colour options, ORVM-mounted turn indicators, reverse parking camera, 7-inch Smartplay infotainment system with voice command support and navigation system, power folding ORVMs, cooled upper glover box, front armrest, push button start/stop, cruise control, automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, chilled upper glove box.
Power for the Vitara Brezza comes from a 1.3 litre 200 DDIS diesel engine producing 90 bhp and 200 nm of torque. The engine will be mated a 5 speed manual gearbox. The Vitara Brezza also returns a class leading economy of 24.3 kmpl.
The Vitara Brezza will compete with the likes of Ford EcoSport, Mahindra TUV 300, Renault Duster and Nissan Terrano.
