Porsche Cayenne Platinum Edition deliveries to start from August 2016.
German sports and luxury car maker Porsche has introduced Cayenne Platinum Edition in the Indian market.
The Platinum Edition of the Cayenne SUV is available in both petrol and diesel engine options. The SUV comes with many high end features making it a better value proportion.
There are no changes to the exterior apart from large 20-inch RS Spyder design wheels which are offered as standard and Platinum Edition emblems.. The interiors get leather sport seats with electric eight-way adjustment, Alcantara centre panels and the Porsche crest on all headrests. Interiors are further spruced up with stainless steel door sills showcasing “Platinum Edition” lettering, latest generation Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system with a seven-inch touchscreen, navigation and Connect Plus module with Apple® CarPlay and Siri® voice, BOSE® Surround Sound and analogue clock integrated in the dashboard.
Standard equipment in the Cayenne Platinum Edition models includes: Bi-xenon headlights with the Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), Power Steering Plus and ParkAssist in the front and rear, rear-view and exterior mirrors with an automatic anti-glare feature.
Commenting on the introduction of the latest Cayenne model variant, Pavan Shetty, Director, of Porsche India, said:

Colors and customisation
Both models are available in a wide range of standard colours, such as non-metallic black or white, Jet Black Metallic, Rhodium Silver Metallic, Mahogany Metallic, Carrera White Metallic. A special exterior colour named Purpurite Metallic is available as an option.
The wider wheel arches are also finished in the chosen exterior colour. The elegant appearance is rounded off by the black high-gloss exterior package.
The Platinum Edition is available 300 hp (220 kW) petrol engine and 245 hp (180 kW) diesel engine. Ex showroom prices Maharashtra are as Rs. 1,06,68,000 for the petrol and Rs. 1,08,86,000 for the diesel.
The Cayenne Platinum Edition will be on offer for only a limited time.
