Renault has introduced Kwid Live For More Edition. The new edition is available in 0.8L, 1.0L and AMT variants, and features bold red and grey accents and thoughtful design enhancements.
The Kwid Live For More Edition is available on 2016 models at no extra costs and is basically an accessory kit fitted at the dealer end.
On the outside the ‘Live For More Edition’ gets dual stripes running the length of the body and along the sides. There are red accents on the grille and on the wheel covers. The rear spoiler and roof rails are painted in contrast colour. The front bumper also gets a bit of chrome lining and a chrome garnish is placed on the rear too.
On the inside, the steering wheel has been fitted red coloured contrast stitching and red color deco strip on inside on door trim.
The Kwid Live For More Edition will be avaialble from RxL trim on MY2016 Models only.
The Kwid is avaialble in 2 engine options 800cc which produces 53bhp/72Nm while the 1.0-litre unit produces 67bhp/91Nm. The 1.0 is also available with a five-speed AMT.
The Renault Kwid range starts at Rs 2.65 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) with the top-of-the-line 1.0-litre AMT (with driver airbag) is priced at Rs 4.31 lakh.
The Kwid has been a very successful car which has helped Renault achieve a 5% market share in the Indian automotive industry.
The company also plans to launch more variants of the Kwid and we can expect the Racer and Climber concepts to be launched this year.
