Renault India also showcased the Kwid Racer concept alongside the Kwid climber concept.
The Kwid Racer concept showcased at the show has a sporty design with a lowered down stance, low-profile tyres wrapped in 18 inch silver alloy wheels with red brake calipers and a coupe like three doors design and a sporty metallic blue finish.

The front face gets redesigned headlights with C shape LEDS, black grille with red inserts, redesigned front bumper with Racer badging, black air intakes and a black diffuser. The side profile gets black treatment for the door mirrors, wheel arches, black door handles and wide air intakes The rear has sporty LED taillights, black roof and the rear spoiler. There’s a large diffuser and rear air intakes in the rear bumper and honed aerodynamics.
The Kwid Racer features materials like Alcantara, aluminium and carbon for the interiors. The dashboard sports sporty Titan Black and Deep Flame Orange trim which is emphasised by touches of anodised Red on the air con controls that is suggestive of the world of motor racing.
The Orange trim on the A/C vents lend a sporty feel along with contrast stitching on the steering wheel which boasts an alloy frame specially designed for racing and the bucket seats. The totem console in the centre of the dashboard displays the telemetry data so the driver can track his or her performance in real time.
The Renault Kwid Racer belongs to an entirely different category of car and conjures up the world of racing, bucket seats and a roll cage. The Kwid Race concept will not see any production in the future and is more showcase the product’s ability to engineer it as a race car.
