27th January is going to be a big day for Suzuki Motorcycle Scooter India. The company is going to launch the much awaited Inazuma 250 and a new scooter.
We have got confirmed news of Suzuki unveiling a new scooter which is going to be company’s third product in this segment. Very little details have been shared we can expect a new 110cc scooter or another 125cc scooter using the same motor strapped on Access & Swish.
Suzuki had launched the Swish 125 at the 2010 Auto Expo and has received sluggish response compared to the Access which been the main seller. The company hopes to have a larger share now with launch of this new scooter.
Honda and Yamaha will also launch new products in the 125cc scooter segment at the 2014 Auto Expo. The 125cc segment is going to witness new competition and currently one can choose between Mahindra, TVS, Vespa and Suzuki who offer products in this segment. With commuters switching from motorcycles to scooters, companies are launching products which could appeal both men & women.
We hope Suzuki launches a very sporty looking scooter similar to the Yamaha Ray Z.
