We just posted a few pics of the Volkswagen Polo GT TSI and we now have more clear images of the interiors.
The Polo GT will offer a chrome package which includes chrome grille, GT TSI badges all around the car to distinguish it from the current Polo, sporty chrome brake and accelerator pedals and chrome embellishments on the steering and centre layout.
Another interesting observation is the absence of the Volkswagen badge which is found on the VW cars on the left hand side. Seems like the company have decided not to offer as the VW badge is sufficient for one to make-out it’s a Volkswagen.
Two most important features of the car is the 1.2 TSI engine and seven speed DSG gear box. We Wish VW could also include paddle shifters which could have taken the Polo to a new level all together.
There are no changes to the interior design and largely most of the equipment is carried from the top end Highline variant. In terms of safety the Polo GT will offer ABS (Anti-lock braking system) and Dual frontal airbags, driver and co-passenger side and Rear parking sensors

- Leather wrapped gearshift knob and handbrake lever handle
- Headlamps in black finish
- 2 DIN RCD 320 music system with Aux-in and Bluetooth
- Climatronic automatic air conditioning
- Multi-function display (MFD)
- 15-inch, “Estrada” alloy wheels
Pricing will be around 7-8 lakhs bracket and will be priced slightly higher than the Polo 1.6. The official announcement will happen very soon. Stay tuned to autosarena for more updates.
