Volkswagen, Europe’s leading car manufacturer, today inaugurated its new dealership in Mumbai – Volkswagen Mumbai North, Mody Auto Corp. Pvt. Ltd.
Volkswagen Mumbai North has a capacity to display seven cars in its dealership at Borivali (West) and has a 14-bay workshop on Mira Road in Mumbai. This new Volkswagen facility will host state-of-the-art accident repair and body paint workshop.
While gracing the inauguration Mr. Michael Mayer, Director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars, said “Mumbai is an important market for Volkswagen and the opening of this dealership underlines our commitment to strengthening our presence in this region.”
With the opening of this showroom Volkswagen now has six operational facilities in Mumbai and expects to continue expanding its reach in accordance with customer demand and requirement.
Volkswagen now has 122 operational facilities in 106 cities across India.
